I am still so in love with Sweet Potatoes it hurts... because they are delicious. I had a baked one with salmon and unfortunately I don't have a picture for you.. but it was good. :D

Ok guys New Year.. time to get the reins pulled in again on the eating.
I have to admit that I did go a little overboard with eating this holiday season. I was able to go home and spend some time with family. But now I am back and getting things under control again.
Hope You all had a happy Holiday season and I am looking forward to seeing what 2010 has in store for me. Thanks for joining me on this ride.
