It has been a bumpy road this year.. And every time I try to get things under control something comes up..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am now living in Calgary, AB with a friend, her husband and their baby. It is something I've never done before but it is good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am also without a job for the time being so I need to get on top of that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was talking to my mom today, and she said that there was a free site called, www.sparkpeople.com that is a lot like Weight Watchers online but you don't have to pay for it. So we decided to join together and help each other out.. so yah.. Back to basics..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once again things will be slow.. and I am sure I put back on the 20 that I had lost from ULoss.. but I am not going to let it get me down..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope you are all doing well. The pills were a bit expensive every week and I haven't been able to get groceries in a while.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2) No fear though I am still following the meal plans and still walking. But going to be doing it on my own for a while. (not really on my own because I know that you are all supporting me in this.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3) I found out that I am super lazy, I hate having to think about what I eat and when I eat. I guess that is part of being human.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So it is time for me to kick myself and get back up and work harder to do it. Life seemed to kick me in the ass every time I turned around. I don't even know how to explain it other than that.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The week was ok. I went down another pound so that is a total of 18 lost. I am just tired I guess. I shouldn't be. I still love the food and it is great but It has been five weeks. And I am naturally a lazy person.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But I know I need to keep plugging at it. This is for me. My life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope you are all doing better than I am.. I had &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast&lt;/span&gt; with my best friend and two other friends :D it was a great time of fun. I did however eat a little more than I should have.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I came home after work and had &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dinner. &lt;/span&gt;It consisted of Wasa bread spread with Hummus, sliced ham, lettuce, tomato and cheese. I stayed the same. I should not be upset about this. It is so much better than a gain. But you can bet that I am working super hard to loose on Monday.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now onto the good stuff :D FOOD!!! hehe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast&lt;/span&gt; I had the good old Scrambled eggs (one full egg and two more egg whites), and Canadian Bacon with a slice of Wasa Bread. :D Love it.. Sometimes I feel like all I do is talk about my weight and what I am eating.. Kind of gets me down. I went into the Center to do my try weekly weigh in. I was &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;DOWN&lt;/span&gt; 6.5 lbs.. that is a &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;TOTAL of 17.5 lbs.&lt;/span&gt; WHOOT!!!! *throws mini party in celebration of me* Yah i am humble. :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As for food for today I ran out of batteries in my camera but here is it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast &lt;/span&gt;Coffee and a raspberry muffin (oh Mel, most of the smoothies that I make have Protean powder, flax seed oil and then fruit and yogurt with some milk.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Lunch&lt;/span&gt; Chicken Greek Salad&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dinner: &lt;/span&gt;Pita pizza MMMM&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So that was it for today.. It felt amazing :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am running out of groceries so this is a smoothie made with frozen cranberries and strawberries. I need to remember to bring my camera everywhere so I can take pictures when I am out and about.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dinner &lt;/span&gt;I had Lemon chicken, a salad and a baked sweet potato. I went into the Center today and got weighted after the weekend. I went up four pounds. I was super annoyed with myself. I know that it isn't going to be done right away but I hate going up or staying the same. I just want to keep loosing. I know it isn't really something i can control other than what I put in my mouth.. So now I will pay even closer attention to what I put in there.. I just have to keep reminding myself that I am still down 11 since I started and this is only a minor setback.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now onto the delicious things. For &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast &lt;/span&gt;I made the yogurt Crunch. I was wondering if anybody could tell me the difference between Omega-3 Eggs and regular eggs. Maybe I should do some research. This is supposed to have black beans in it, probably for fiber but I didn't pick up any. The recepie didn't turn out so good which either means I made it wrong or I made it wrong. You've seen it before but this time I actually had the smoked salmon that it called for. :D I liked it both ways and Smoked salmon is freeking expensive so probably won't be eating it that way again. I didn't eat the three meals today because I wasn't hungry. This is Made with Wasa Bread found at the bulk food store, light cream cheese, smoked salmon, cucumbers and tomatoes. I didn't get any smoked salmon so I did without. To try and keep things fresh and interesting. As well as to walk more and still see results.  I am sure it can be done :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So getting onto what was consumed today. For &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast &lt;/span&gt;I had a cranberry smoothie. At first I didn't like it but then I got used to it. :D Smoothies are my new favourite thing. I guess I was just to lazy this morning to make it. So I need to get that under control. So, knowing I needed to eat or else the body would go into starvation mode, for &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Lunch &lt;/span&gt;I went to Subway again and got a Turkey 6-inch on 7 grain bread. It was really good.. once again with a LOT of veggies and water.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I can have a snack now so I brought one of those bars from a previous post. They were interesting but good. I defiantly will be getting more of those :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Finally for &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dinner&lt;/span&gt; I had my steak, sweet potato fries and steamed Spinach favorite again. Sounds ominous? Maybe because it is Halloween season. Bua ha ha ha ha. But seriously some people say it takes seven days to make a habit. I want my healthy eating to be come a full time thing. To the point were I am not even tempted to eat unhealthy. So lets get things rolling&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast&lt;/span&gt; I had a delicious strawberry banana smoothie :D I love my blender. So light and kept me full.. I don't know why that is important but it is. I would rather be full than hungry. So after work I grabbed a ham flat bread from Subway. Packed full of veggies. And I had a water for the drink :D Such a change from my normal Subway order (A foot-long Chicken Bacon Ranch meal deal). Then I went to the local bulk food store and found some amazing stuff. Woke up early for my midterm and then went to the center to get weighed and get the stuff for next week. I am excited to report that I &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;went down FIVE pounds&lt;/span&gt;. :D it is working and I CAN do this. I worked tonight which helped with the step count but we will get to that in a bit. It was really good. I am really enjoying this journey. I think I am in the honeymoon stage still. You know, you try something new and you really like it for the first part but then everything starts getting old and boring. I am determined to always be in the honeymoon stage with this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So for &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast&lt;/span&gt; I told you I had the smoothie. It was delicious. The peanut butter covered the taste of the protean very nicely and it defiantly did keep me full until around 11:30 which is good. I am not even kidding.. I have to go three times a week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They did my measurements on Monday and took my picture. I also get weighed everyday. On Monday I was up a little but today i was back down to when I went in last Friday. So yah. It is working but slowly. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Three Pounds&lt;/span&gt; but still the same technically.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lunch kept me so full that I didn't need a snack so this is &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Dinner. &lt;/span&gt;Normally I would be at work so we planned an easy take with you wrap. Just a turkey wrap. It was really good on a whole wheat wrap and dejon mayo. I woke up late today so was really tired. I need to start going to bed earlier. Welp, let me show you what I ate. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Breakfast&lt;/span&gt; consisted of cottage Berry Crunch. The menu called for salmon hummus lettuce wraps but the lettuce would not work with me so I changed it into just a regular wrap. I don't think I will ever use mayo again. SO GOOD. I am loving this so far. Things are going pretty good. Woke up early this morning because I need to get my sleep patterns under control. So here goes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;breakfast&lt;/span&gt; I had Scrambled eggs, with raspberries. There was only one whole egg and then two more egg whites in the meal. And the recepie called for cheddar but I didn't have any on hand. So what I learned from this is that Swiss is to sharp for eggs. It was a lot of food. I didn't finish it. I got home and around 3:30ish i was hungry. So decided to go off the menu a bit and have a snack. So crackers and hummus. The salmon is covered in Salsa and it was DELICIOUS. I didn't add anything to the sweet potatoes and realized that I didn't need to. It is tremendous. I am so grateful you don't even know :D I thought I should post a before picture because I haven't yet figured out how to make tabs to have a section for that. I don't really know how much I weigh here but it is too much. :D&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now onto how my first day went. Started out with a good meal called Not-So Cottage Cheese. Which is a half cup of cottage cheese, raspberries, almonds, banana and the protean powder they gave me. Along with like 8 pills to start the day. Not a bad start. It tasted a little off because I am not used to protean powder and the almonds I picked up were actually flavoured.. I needed to pick up a scale to weigh the food. I did not know that 125 g of something is half a cup.. so yay scale. I was super hungry and a ham wrap was supposed to be for lunch. So instead of making it at home I went to Mr. Sub and got a whole wheat ham wrap and water. It was really good. I am sure the green olives were a little salty but it is ok. Also I picked up Almond butter at Bulk Barn because when I went grocery shopping for the week Sobey's didn't have any.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For dinner It was supposed to be a Garden Chicken Salad. This has mushrooms, onions and chicken in it. So we did dinner there. Which wasn't so healthy but I did only drink water while I was there. For those of you who don't know what it is I will give a brief overview. What U-Weightloss does is provides menus and meal plans for a week and then gives you vitamins to take that will help boost motabalism and get everything in order.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So starting tomorrow I will be doing this. I need to do this. I NEED to loose weight. It is a bit pricey but I need to do this. I have been overweight for FAR too long and am fed up. I try to eat healthy but don't have the time to do things. That is just an excuse. But now I am done with excuses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am doing this for me. I am loosing weight because I NEED to.. I can't go on like this any more. So I paid for the first ten weeks. So we will see how this goes. I am 50 lbs more than I thought I was.. which is really scary. So now I am doing this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hope you are all going along with me for the ride.
