Its been far too long

Yah, I am still alive. It has been a bumpy road this year.. And every time I try to get things under control something comes up..

I am now living in Calgary, AB with a friend, her husband and their baby. It is something I've never done before but it is good.

I am also without a job for the time being so I need to get on top of that.

I was talking to my mom today, and she said that there was a free site called, www.sparkpeople.com that is a lot like Weight Watchers online but you don't have to pay for it. So we decided to join together and help each other out.. so yah.. Back to basics..

Once again things will be slow.. and I am sure I put back on the 20 that I had lost from ULoss.. but I am not going to let it get me down..

Absence and a Give away

hey guys... I know I have been absent. I just recently moved to Alberta and need to get some cash under me before I begin the regime again. The good thing about the new town is that I get to walk absolutely everywhere.. it is so great :D

Delicious Dinner

I am still so in love with Sweet Potatoes it hurts... because they are delicious. I had a baked one with salmon and unfortunately I don't have a picture for you.. but it was good. :D

Picking myself Up...

Ok guys New Year.. time to get the reins pulled in again on the eating.

I have to admit that I did go a little overboard with eating this holiday season. I was able to go home and spend some time with family. But now I am back and getting things under control again.
