Better late than never right? :D So here goes.
Breakfast was a delicious combo of canadian bacon and scrambled eggs. I was wondering if anybody could tell me the difference between Omega-3 Eggs and regular eggs. Maybe I should do some research. The eggs were two egg whites and one whole egg. :D Plus a slice of wasa bread.
I didn't have lunch. And for Dinner I was invited over to a lady from my church's house and she made a turkey dinner. So we will see how today goes. Last time I went into the center I stayed the same. They said I might be loosing in the inches.. so we will see.

Omega 3 eggs are injected with Omega 3 fatty acids (if you really want to know, they are from dead fish...hahahaha) The fish oil intake can help for cardiovascular disease, stroke, arthritis, etc...
That breakfast looks so satisfying and delicious!
