Week 4, Day 7

Good Evening,
So today I had a wonderful day. I had Breakfast with my best friend and two other friends :D it was a great time of fun. I did however eat a little more than I should have.

I came home after work and had Dinner. It consisted of Wasa bread spread with Hummus, sliced ham, lettuce, tomato and cheese. It was so good :D
I know I skipped lunch but there was no time. A new week starts tomorrow and will hopefully be a great week for weight loss :D Hope you are all doing well.

Well eating a large breakfast makes up for the fact that you didn't eat lunch! It is okay girl, it will all balance out in the end!

What about snacks ... do you ever eat healthy snacks?
