Week 6, day 2-4

Hey my lovely followers,

So there have been a few things that have cropped up lately that I should share with you.

1) I can't afford to follow the U-loss stuff anymore. The pills were a bit expensive every week and I haven't been able to get groceries in a while.

2) No fear though I am still following the meal plans and still walking. But going to be doing it on my own for a while. (not really on my own because I know that you are all supporting me in this.)

3) I found out that I am super lazy, I hate having to think about what I eat and when I eat. I guess that is part of being human.

So it is time for me to kick myself and get back up and work harder to do it. Because I know I can.

I am sure that the pills won't make that much of a difference ... just eating healthy and walking is enough!!! You absolutely can do this, and I will be there to follow you in your journey!!

Hey girl...Like I said...a multivitamin should do the trick. you will be able to do this without the pills :) All it takes is a little planning and a little moving!
