Week 4, Day 2

Good Evening my pretties.
So to begin with the bad news. I went into the Center today and got weighted after the weekend. I went up four pounds. I was super annoyed with myself. I know that it isn't going to be done right away but I hate going up or staying the same. I just want to keep loosing. I know it isn't really something i can control other than what I put in my mouth.. So now I will pay even closer attention to what I put in there.. I just have to keep reminding myself that I am still down 11 since I started and this is only a minor setback.

Now onto the delicious things. For Breakfast I made the yogurt Crunch. But I am running out of fruit so this has frozen strawberries and half a cut up pair in it. :D I love any fruit in my yogurt.

For Lunch I made a delicious Chicken Feta Spinach Wrap. This is one of my favourite wraps :D Defiantly going to make it again.

For Dinner I had Egg Salad on Wasa bread with a little cheese. It was really good. :D

try not to be discouraged...you are making a change in your attitude and your behavior, and that is the biggest/hardest thing to do. I'm really proud of you! I am inspired by the changes you are making, and think it's cool that you are keeping yourself accountable by posting pictures of what you eat online!

Keep in mind that there is no way you could of gained 4lbs in just a few days. That would mean eating 3500 more calories each day for 4 days. Drink lots of water because it's probably water retention!!! I try to get in at least 1.5L of water a day, it really does help, especially if you tend to eat high sodium foods!!

Keep at it!!

You are doing great - I agree with Crystal ... it is probably water retention!
