Ok so I guess I have been fat for too long. I am of the mindset that a half a cup of chocolate milk, half a banana and some peanut butter, with Protean powder is supposed to keep me not hungry til lunch. Well we will try it and see.

Oh girl ... that is not enough food!! How about 1 cup white milk, 1 banana, 1 T peanut butter, and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder all blended up into a smoothie? Maybe add a scoop of amazing grass!
take a snack of some carrot sticks, cucumber, and green pepper. veggies are free and they help keep you full and get rid of the urge to snack...
