Week 2, Day 3

Hello Ladies,

So nothing much happened today. Went into the center and I am down .75 of a pound. WHOOT!!! almost 10 pounds total loss in less than two weeks.

For Breakfast I had the amazing yogurt berry crunch.


Lunch consisted of a Spinach Turkey wrap with bacon. So good. :D
And for Dinner I had the delicious Spicy Salmon with mashed Sweet Potato :D So I guess that is it. Hope you are all doing well.

Steps: 8575 (not so bad)

Very healthy eats! That salmon looks really good! Salmon is my favourite fish.
